Marex Subsea Welds Ltd sub-contracted to operate for and on behalf of FSDS RU.

The scope for MSSW was to provide coded wet welding services Class A Welds in accordance with AWS D3.6M code, an American standard for underwater coded welding and under the supervision and the approbation of EXXON-NEFTEGAS LIMITED (ENL) for the Offshore Platform "ORLAN" in the sea region of Sakhalin island in Russia.

The materials to be welded was the A537-1, a high carbon equivalent steel. MSSW completed the project successfully under the acceptance of ENL CPR as well in a safe manner.

Following the project completion, Marex engineering department sent the technical report and all necessary data and audio-visual material.
