In MAREX, we take Client's needs seriously. That's why, before we start operations on site, we present, demonstrate and simulate the work plan and all the relevant documentation & lab tests to ensure the result, when projects involve Welding & N.D.T. Inspections.

Ongoing reviews, internal auditing, inspection, communication, and training of personnel combine to ensure that safety and quality standards are monitored and continuously improved.This requirement exists to effectively manage the evolving challenges provided by the global marine construction working environment. MAREX Subsea Welds Ltd is supported by a multi-skilled and professional workforce, equipped to provide turnkey solutions for maritime and inland above or under waterline construction projects. Safety remains at the heart of all our operations and we are committed to an incident-free workplace, everyday, everywhere. Marex Subsea Welds requires an active commitment to HSEQ from all our people and contractors in all work activities. Line managers are responsible and accountable for ensuring compliance with all HSEQ policies and procedures. We will always communicate openly on HSEQ issues with our executives and share with them our experience and knowledge of successful HSEQ initiatives.

 

Policy implementation

The Company has an HSEQ Committee which oversees all HSEQ matters. This Committee is chaired by the Chief Executive Officer and establishes procedures and guiding principles when it deems necessary to carry out the Company HSEQ policy. The Company maintains assessment, self-evaluation and audit programmes to monitor the Company's compliance with this Policy. A Compliance audit report is presented to the Marex Subsea Welds Ltd Management at least once a year.

 

Compliance with relevant legislation

The Company standards will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

 

Risk management

The Company will strive to mitigate the impact of any foreseeable hazards, which may endanger health, safety and the environment, or could affect the quality of products and services it provides. This will be achieved through formal risk assessments as required by its customer's Company Policies and Procedures.

 

Training

The Company is committed to provide training and development needs as appropriate for each individual's duties and responsibilities – this will always include HSEQ training. Line managers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate training is given and individual competency evaluation is conducted in compliance with the Company's standards.
